There are many very expensive and very complicated systems on the market. This system was
designed to be simple to use while offering all the important functionality but without becoming
bloated with rarely used features. The cost starts at £300+VAT and depends on how many users
you want to allow and whether you want any modifications made to suit your business such as
additional fields, pages, reports or other functions.

Flexibility
The system is essentially an extensive database driven web site made up of a
collection of pages for the various functions. As a result of this modular approach it is possible
to add extra pages with additional features or we can add additional fields to the existing pages
if for example you wanted to record more information. We could also add more extract reports to
analyse the records. |

We also understand that your requirements may change over time. We don't look
upon this as a simple sale of a product but seek to develop long term relationships with our
